Cancellation Policy: Orders for all personalised products can be cancelled before they are printed or made. In this case full money will be refunded within 7 working days.
Once the products are made, cancellations and changes to design will not be allowed as the printing/engraving is permanent in nature and cannot be altered. No refunds will be entertained in this case.
For non-personalised products, cancellation is allowed before the item is shipped and a full refund will be provided within 7 working days.
Once the item is shipped it can be returned in original, without damage and re-saleable condition. The packing and shipping charges have to be borne by you. Once the item reaches us, we will duly examine the condition and upon reasonable satisfaction a full refund will be issued within 7 working days. In any case the product has to reach us within 15 days of original sale date.
