I am totally satisfied with the customer support of CrazzyGIFT.com. They had shown utmost patience in taking input from me about the text to be printed on the crystal even when I changed it several times. Everytime I gave them a new text they sent me the design (softcopy) with the new text. These people are very polite and wait till the customer confirms the final model. My colleague to whom I gifted the crystal felt really happy.
